American stars, Major Lazer coming to Kampala

American stars, Major Lazer are coming to Kampala. This was announced during a silent disco event held at the Nile Breweries head offices in Luzira on Thursday evening. The EDM trio of Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire, will headline a concert at Sheraton Gardens slated for 8th October.

Club’s Brand Manager Robert Nsibirwa informed the crowd that turned up for the shindig that in line with the brands Refresh Your Beat campaign Club has made a choice to host the Major Lazer trio and to give Ugandans an experience unlike any they have ever seen.

“Following the Diplo concert that was held by Club in April 2017, we observed that Ugandan’s thoroughly enjoyed themselves hence the decision to give them the whole Major Lazer team, in a concert experience unlike any they have ever seen in Uganda. It is clear that there is a crowd in Uganda that enjoys EDM music, and we have put together an experience to feed that interest,” said Nsibirwa.

The Major Lazer concert will feature Djeff Afrozilla from Angola, A Pass, Fik Fameica, Beenie Gunter, and DJ’s RPM, BK and Silverback.
