OnePlus 6T will launch in India on October 30 | Trendsmedia.

OnePlus has officially confirmed that it will launch its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 6T, at an event on October 30 in New Delhi. The company has sent out invites to the media saying that it will “celebrate the announcement of the OnePlus 6T by hosting the biggest ever Community event in its history.” The event will follow “its most successful year ever with the launch of the best-selling OnePlus 6,” and OnePlus will “Unlock the Speed” with the launch of the OnePlus 6T at the KDJW Stadium, inside Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi at 8:30PM on October 30. OnePlus has also invited people to attend the event at the complex and those interested can purchase the invite at a price of Rs 999 via oneplus.in from 10.00AM on October 17. “Attendees will be the first in the world to experience the style and power of the OnePlus 6T at the experience zone at the launch venue. In addition, all fans who attend the launch event will get a gift hamper full of super add-ons and OnePlus merchandise,” the company said in a statement. The company will also livestream the event at it official website at https://ift.tt/2C2Hwti. Amazon.in has already listed the smartphone for pre-booking and those who pre-book the device will get to avail free Type C Bullets earphones and Rs 500 Amazon Pay balance. The offer is listed under the Gift Cards section of Today’s Deals on Amazon and it suggests that it’s a part of the "OnePlus 6T Pre-Book GC Sale," which is being hosted between October 9 - October 30. OnePlus 6T is confirmed to sport an in-display fingerprint sensor and is expected to feature a ‘waterdrop’ notch on a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen display which may have a 2340x1080p resolution. The smartphone will most likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, which is coupled with the Adreno 630 GPU. According to listing on an online retailer’s website, the smartphone could be launched in 6GB and 8GB RAM versions and with 64GB/128GB/256GB of storage options. OnePlus has already confirmed that the OnePlus 6T will not feature the 3.5mm headphone jack. Company CEO Pete Lau had said that the headphone jack has been removed to make space for the in-display fingerprint sensor. Recently, an image of a smartphone protective case, allegedly of the OnePlus 6T, was leaked along with the device’s renders.
