Microsoft’s Nick Keene discusses how communication is evolving.

As Buisness Group Lead for Modern Workplace at Microsoft South Africa, Nick is responsible for planning and execution for the Microsoft 365 group of services as well as playing a leadership role within the subsidiary including participating in Extended Leadership. The Business Group Lead is expected to have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 products, the go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape and the local business opportunity and climate within South Africa.

Previous roles at Microsoft, Nick was the SMB Lead where he was responsible for identifying growth opportunities, defining strategies and go to market plan within the South African SMME segment.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nick was the Country Manager for Citrix Systems Southern Africa. He oversaw all aspects of the business from operations, marketing, business development and sales. He was with Citrix for 7 years starting as the Senior Systems Engineer.

Prior to joining Citrix, Nick worked at CS Holdings as Branch Manager, managing the Durban branch of CS People Solutions, a Microsoft, and Citrix Authorized Learning Centre.
