White says three of Khabib’s team have been arrested following post-fight incident | Trendsmedia.
UFC president Dana White has confirmed that multiple members of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team have been arrested following a crazy incident that followed the UFC 229 headliner.
Immediately after Khabib Nurmagomedov submitted Conor McGregor in the UFC 229 headliner, things went bonkers. Khabib jumped over the fence and attacked Conor’s teammate Dillon Danis, while members of Khabib’s team made their way into the cage and attacked McGregor.
During the post-fight show, UFC president Dana White was interviewed and asked about the incident. He didn’t mince words, stating that three of Khabib’s teammates have been arrested in reference to the incident:
“(It was) a lot of bad stuff that shouldn’t have happened. Khabib just over the cage going after one of Conor’s guys, who I guess was going after him, and all hell broke loose. I don’t even know what to say right now. I’m just disgusted and sick over it.” ...
“Three of Khabib’s guys have been arrested and taken to jail. They’re on their way to jail.”
Terez Owens has alleged footage of one of Khabib’s teammates being arrested:

White also insinuated that Khabib would have to answer to the Nevada State Athletic Commission regarding the incident, and that from what he understands, some of Khabib’s entourage are fighters themselves. He speculated that they might have issues with visa revocations, but didn’t go into detail about anything else.
Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor in the fourth round of their UFC 229 headliner via submission.
