LightHouse Television (LTV), one of the oldest TV stations in Uganda, is gearing up for its anniversary celebrations.

The Christian station will be celebrating 24 years of existence at a crusade that will be held at Kololo Independence Grounds this Saturday, February 8.

The ceremony will be graced by various Christian leaders from across the globe with international evangelist and Jewish Rabbi Kirt A. Schneider as the Guest of Honor.

Speaking to media, the Rabbi said that he hopes to impart the spirit of creativity and divine intelligence among Ugandans.

“With me, it’s not about hype. I am not interested in putting on a show and hyping up people’s emotions.” He told media soon after arriving at Entebbe International airport on Thursday evening. “I am interested in bringing impartation that will bring transformation that truly will change people’s lives and see God’s kingdom extended.”

“I am hoping God is going to bring something to the hearts of those gathered that will impart their spiritual and also bring them to the next level to be more productive and to see more advancement in culture and life.” He added.

“I got a word in my heart thats very deep that I will be sharing at the LTV 24th anniversary celebration. After that we are going to Lira. I will also be speaking at the Miracle Centre on Sunday.” He concluded.

The congregation at Kololo Independence Grounds will be entertained by a plethora of gospel artists including Coopy Bly, Canaan Gents, Mr. Yeba, Levixone, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, and Hloy Keane Amooti among others.

Gates open from 9:00 am and run up to 8 pm.

Lighthouse Television is an affiliate of TBN, and has been broadcasting in Uganda since 1997.
